POSITION: Recruitment Consultant- ICT Industry

We are looking for an engaged, passionate, experienced ICT Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 3 years' experience in external recruitment (Sourcing and Account Management) to join our extraordinary team!
We work remotely, so wherever your home may be, whether its Jozi, Cape Town or Darling, you will need a conducive work from home environment with a stable internet connection and serious self-managed work ethic to bring to the party!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:
Managing clients needs and expectations
Qualify job specifications in order to gain thorough understanding of requirements
Place enticing adverts on portals
Head hunting for relevant roles
Source, screen, interview and shortlisting the best qualified candidates
Present candidates to clients
Ensure all relevant checks are done including reference checks
Negotiate with and close candidates on offers received
Constant following up with candidates and clients
Administration and updating CRM
We offer a lucrative commission structure, basic salary commensurate with experience and supportive team culture.
