Join one of the South Africaâs most respected recruitment brands within a niched recruitment Sector. ADvTECH Resourcing is looking to employ four graduates to be part of our Graduate Program for 2022 on a 6-month contract. These four spots are reserved for people living with disabilities.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As part of our graduate program, you will be trained to be a fully-fledged recruitment consultant.

Responsibilities:

Management of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Matching and placing candidates into the right position by ensuring the client and candidates needs are understood and met
Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house systems to identify and recruit the very best candidates
Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full recruitment lifecycle
Conducting business development to grow existing client base
Market and industry research and due diligence

Requirements:

Related bachelor's degree/diploma
Candidate with a Disability
PC literate
Sales personality
Strong problem-solving abilities
Unemployed
