SUMMARY:
If you are an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a passion for recruitment, developing and retaining new business, then this position is for you!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identifying and developing client/business relationships
Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
Offering CV, interview, and general career advice
Reference checking all shortlisted candidates prior to submission of CVs to clients
Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond
Negotiating salary and finalising arrangements between client and candidate
Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Matric – minimum requirement
Good command of the English language
Proven track record of revenue generation and client retention
Minimum of two – four years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an Agency environment
Own transport
