SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our successful, dynamic team in Durban. The role will involve building relationships, developing and retaining new business, as well as servicing clients from a recruitment perspective.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Greys Recruitment has offices throughout South African and is firmly rooted in the solid foundation of the Measured Ability Group of Companies, Greys Recruitment has been trusted as an industry leader in the permanent recruitment sector for over 40 years.

We have no restrictions on marketing area, offer an above market basic salary and monthly commission with no desk fee deficit carried forward. Numerous new Client job specs are supplied to Recruitment Consultants.

Required Experience:

Proven track record of revenue generation and client retention
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A passion for sales and building client relationships
Candidate assessment, interviewing, reporting, profiling and database management.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment as well as recruitment processes in a recruitment agency environment.
Own transport essential
