JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role focuses on the candidate side of recruitment. This includes sourcing financial talent, interviewing candidates, matching candidates to opportunities and managing the candidates expectations.

Requirements:

A tertiary qualification (such as Industrial Psychology, Marketing, HR, and open to any Degree level qualification)
0-2 years' experience can include marketing, sales, Human Resourcing or open to other as well
Driven and achievement focused individual
Negotiation skills
Location: Paarl
