Lexdan is growing its office in Stellenbosch by looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant into the team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role will involve:

You will deliver a professional recruitment service, which requires the necessary level of skill in customer engagement, to our clients
You will be tasked with maintaining current client relationships and building new relationships through business development
You will build your own practice over time, together with the oversight of your Director who will invest in your continuous development through training
You will engage with candidates and clients on a weekly basis
You will form part of a highly ambitious company and you will be responsible for contributing to its success through creative ideas and participation in business practices
