JOB DESCRIPTION:

Purpose:

Administer and coordinate the recruitment and selection process/activities end to end in line with relevant legislation and HR policy framework.

Minimum Requirements:

Relevant diploma or equivalent
+3 years demonstrated experience in recruitment and selection of up to management level.
Experience in recruiting professional and specialised skills will be preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites including other platforms.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Good written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and maintain sound relationships.
Good in detail

Responsibilities:

Create and publish job ads in various portals
Screen job applications to create shortlists of suitable candidates
Interview candidates for a wide range of roles (junior to senior professionals including mid-level management)
Network with potential hires through relevant platforms
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Conduct relevant checks, e.g., character reference etc.
Advice hiring managers on the recruitment and assessment methods
Liaise with third parties and HR service providers in the coordination of the recruitment
process
Liaise with line managers to determine recruitment requirements and needs
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
Coordinate the logistic arrangement for new staff to ensure that new staff receive adequate information
Produce recruitment reports as required
Perform any other duty as assigned.
