Are you a Recruitment Consultant that is Target driven and hungry for money? Absolutely love your job but HATE every moment of the Cold Calling? Well, then this opportunity is ideal for you. We are a small but stable recruitment agency in the East of Pretoria that’s been in operation for almost 13 years. The client and the Job Spec will be provided to you to source and manage the full recruitment process. We are office-based but the hours are within a flexible framework for you to choose from. Must be able to take full ownership of your desk. Must be able to speak Afrikaans and English.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Min Requirements:

Previous recruitment experience required
Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
Excellent communication and sales skills.
Target driven and hungry for money.
High Attention to detail.
Perseverance skills
Excellent health.

Job Description:

Qualifying of Job Specs.
Searching for suitable candidates on various search engines and matching candidates according to client requirements.
Telephonic screening of candidates
Interviewing potential candidates.
Generating candidate short listings.
Priming and Debriefing of candidate and client.
Regretting candidates in a professional mannerism.
Extensive research capabilities.
