Role overview

You will be responsible for matching and sourcing Human Capital to the specifications of our clients on an assignment basis, using reliable recruitment platforms.

Key Result Areas

Works closely with the Portfolio Executives to understand the resource requirements.
Is able to self-manage tasks and themselves to meet the deadlines.
Has the ability to organise themselves by setting the right priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Is self-motivated, has a strong desire to succeed and a resilient nature.
High attention to detail for matching CV’s to the job specifications
Has the technological savviness to ensure maintenance of data in CRM
Works well within in a team and communicates openly and transparently
Can articulate themselves and has a strong grasp of English as the business language

Requirements

Must have an understanding of recruitment in Finance, Technology and the Projects environment.
Must have necessary references.
