JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing recruitment processes end to end with full candidate and client responsibility. You will have to assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery, providing them with a solution for their staffing needs and creating value for their organisations. You will manage the client`s recruitment process from sourcing, short-listing and presenting suitable candidates to clients, handling the process through interview to offer stage, negotiating salary packages and “after placement” care.

Objectives: Your goal is to achieve personal Monthly Targets while becoming an expert in your area of specialisation, and to build deep and lasting relationships with clients and candidates in your niche.

Your role will include:

Business development and cold calling for new business
Generating new Job Specs
Conducting comprehensive Job Assignment Briefings with Clients to thoroughly understand their needs and ensure that this is translated into a clear job description
Writing and Placing Job Adverts to attract Top Talent
Sourcing suitable Candidates using our database, Job portals, Social-Media, Advertising campaigns and other methods.
Screening and Interviewing Candidates to present a suitable candidate shortlist to the client
Gather CVs and supporting information and edit CVs according to company standards
Conduct reference checking, and ensure all other checks (education, criminal, credit) are performed.
Ensure that all candidate and client related documentation and information is saved on the company database
Preparing Candidates for the Job Interview
Liaising with the Client post Interview
Conducting Candidate Salary Breakdowns
Negotiating the Offer with the Client
Negotiating the Acceptance with the Candidate
Marketing of Candidates to suitable companies and career opportunities
Operating in a best practice culture following our recruitment methodologies, thereby enhancing your skills to maximise your performance.
Achieving set weekly and monthly activity and revenue Targets
