Day to day functions will include:

Manage the entire recruitment process from the interview to offer stage and beyond
This would include advertising vacancies, sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to prospective clients
Your goal is to build your own successful brand whilst receiving the support from a business that has 17 yearsâ€™ worth of experience to offer
Although you will be driven to work proactively and independently from a location of your choice, you will still work as part of a passionate mobile team to maximise our commercial performance and business targets
Identifying and developing client/business relationships - Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
Assessing and responding to the needs of each client whilst offering them the most appropriate solution relevant to their individual needs
Maintaining and constantly developing a quality candidate database
Negotiating offers and finalising agreements with client and candidate
Conducting daily responsibilities whilst making use of EAW Tools such as our CRM (Ditto), Risk Assessment Centre (Tickbox), Teams platform, etc
Constantly being aware of industry trends especially during the current pandemic
Attending webinars, training, etc in order to remain relevant and up to date with industry regulations and trends
Regular reporting on performance as well as activities
