SUMMARY:
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Durban to sell our offerings across all industry sectors.

POSITION INFO:

5 - 8 years experience as a Perm Consultant with a proven portfolio of clients and candidates
A passion for sales and building client relationships
Proactively look for recruitment opportunities
A successful track record in the BPO / Call Centre space hugely advantageous.
Proven track record of revenue generation and new business secured
Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
Proven ability to qualify JD''s effectively
Proven track record of current network (LinkedIn, etc)
Exceptional matching abilities (matching job spec to candidate)
Excellent communication skills, with ability to negotiate at boardroom level
Network in order to build strong database of skilled candidates
Conduct detailed, competency-based interviews
