Recruitment Consultant

SUMMARY:

Leading locum medical recruitment agency is seeking to appoint a confident, disciplined, and motivated Recruitment Consultant. Please note that this is a remote role, therefore the successful candidate must be able to work efficiently and effectively in their home environment.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• Matric / National Senior Certificate.
• Strong track record as a successful recruiter or sales executive.
• Similar recruitment experience in the medical industry will be highly advantageous.
• Ability to perform under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
• 24/7 availability for emergencies only (emergencies are not a regular occurrence but must be available if contacted by a client or candidate).

• Booking shifts for candidates at Government and Private Facilities.
• Securing best fit candidates for the shifts.
• Account Management with the facilities and candidates.
• Maintaining/developing relationships with the facilities and candidates.    
• Monthly target to achieve for shift hours.           
• Sourcing of new clients and candidates.
• General admin - client quotations, candidate shift confirmations, candidate CV’s and shift timesheets.
• Placement of adverts for requested Locum shifts (when required).
• Presentations to senior level Clients (currently over Zoom due to COVID).                       
• Client and Candidate quarterly visits (not applicable at present due to COVID).
