SUMMARY:
MECS wants to grow their team - we're looking for dynamic recruitment consultants capable of running their own desk.

Previous experience within either PERMANENT recruitment or TES (Blue Collar) or (White Collar) is essential

POSITION INFO:
Our Team would like to expand, with an individual who is willing to grow and expand on contacts they currently have, and would easily move over.

Our driving force is that we are small enough to make a difference in your life, to being large enough to handle large "payroll" or TES type of contracts.

TES (Blue Collar or White Collar) Consultants
We have a well-established HR and Payroll dept, who are there to support you - just bring us the business and you will be rewarded for your efforts.
Good client relationships are critical, the ability to hunt for new business within any sector is what will set you apart.

Permanent recruiters only - can apply as we have a team and would welcome another one or two consultants.

We do not restrict you to being one or the other, you''re welcome to work across all sectors, ie. Perm and TES and international.

Basic requirements:
Min 3 - 5 years previous recruitment experience, being able to source business as well as find suitable candidates to close the orders (must have experience of interviewing, setting up appointments, working within a program for CRM such as Placement Partner or any other program).

Currently, our staff work remotely with the support of the business for administration/access to portals, and general management structure.

Post covid - offices will be in the Gauteng area, so own vehicle for transport to office will be required (Co. vehicles are available for client visits - should you have the chance to do face/face meetings which are preferred).

Previous proof of billings will be requested, we are looking for persons with a strong desire to achieve whilst maintaining good work ethics.
