A Talent Transformation and Digital Recruitment firm is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team.

NB: Only candidates who have completed the pre-interview assessment will be considered for this position.

Tasks:

Your role will involve securing new business by cold calling; sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing and matching prospective applicants with vacancies at client companies and achieving weekly and monthly targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor''s Degree
3-5 years’ of experience within a recruitment agency environment,
Proven Sales Track Record

Assessment Guidelines:
Before you start make sure that you have a stable internet connection, at least 60 minutes to focus on the questionnaire, that you have a pen, paper and calculator handy. This is a timed assessment and you cannot go back and forth in the assessment.
