Responsibilities:

• The full 360 degree recruitment cycle on your own profit-making desk
• Business development, client retention and client relationship management
• Candidate sourcing, qualifying and matching
• Candidate retention and relationship management

The ideal candidate has:

• 1+ years'' experience in a recruitment agency based abroad (UK, Europe, etc.)
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence and ability to engage professionally at all levels
• Commitment to high level of excellence
• Business partnering and relationship building skills
• High level of integrity and work ethic
