Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creating Cold calling lists
• Cold Calling.
• Setting up and Client Meetings.
• Handling client accounts
• Maintaining client relationships
• Cross referring candidates with colleagues.
• Creating and updating spreadsheets
• Qualifying the Job Spec to have a clear understanding of the client needs.
• Using various means to source candidates
• Ensuring client budget is correct fir specific need
• Screening candidates
• Verifying candidate qualifications and employment history.
• Sending qualifying CV’s to clients
• Setting up interview on the client’s behalf
• Preparing candidates for their interviews after getting as much information about the interview from the client which includes telephonic preparation and documents supporting the interview.
• Following up with candidate after the interview
• Follow up with client after interview.
• Close clients and candidates during offer stage.
• Make placements and generate supporting documentation.

Required experience:

Degree

• 3 - 5 years' sales or recruitment experience
• Ability to liaise at boardroom / high level
• Assertive and persuasive
• Track record of achievement
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
