SUMMARY:
Position available for a Recruiter with agency experience to work from home.

POSITION INFO:

Duties to include:

Sourcing candidates on job portals
Short listing candidates based on company specs, matching the candidate to the job role profile and screening candidates
Research on potential clients
Conducting interviews – telephonic, video and face-to-face
Preparation and submitting of shortlisted CVs to clients
Background checks – previous employer references, credit, criminal and qualification checks
Scheduling interviews for clients and prepping candidates before interviews
Maintaining relationships with existing client base

Requirements:

Grade 12
A tertiary qualification
At least 2 years experience working at a recruitment agency - not negotiable
Experience sourcing new clients and job desciptions
Experience with matching candidates to specs
Own computer

This position is available on a work from home basis. You will need your own reliable laptop and a working telephone (contract will be provided).
