Recruitment Consultant

SUMMARY:
We are looking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team of specialist recruiters. Step into an environment that will shape you into a well-rounded recruitment consultant. You will be exposed to various challenging tasks that will lead to significant growth within a professional and personal capacity.

POSITION INFO:

To acquire and develop a lucrative client base through a proactive approach

Ensure to grow and maintain your relationship with the clients you acquired

Actively Identify sales opportunities through your network

Identify suitable candidates to market them to existing or prospective clients

Make sure to maintain a pool of highly skilled, assessed and referenced candidates to meet the recruitment needs of our new and existing clients

Take part in negotiating fees with new clients

Relationship management to both clients and candidates throughout the life of an assignment and beyond

Develop client relationships to ensure they receive the best service and maximize business opportunity

Ensure meeting revenue targets on a monthly basis

Skills & Experience:

Sales experience (highly advantageous)

Highly motivated and driven to succeed attitude

Qualification:

Grade 12

Bachelor''s degree (highly advantageous)
