You will be expected to develop and find you clients by cold calling to decision makers in your industry. Attracting a talent pool of candidates with a skill set that is in demand in your industry. Sales calls to clients presenting your candidates to them. Exceeding sales targets and fulfilling the full 360 recruitment cycle.
