POSITION INFO:

What You’ll Be Doing

Owning the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
Actively developing new client relationships and growing existing accounts
Positioning yourself as a market specialist and trusted advisor
Matching top talent with high-value opportunities
Consistently working towards and exceeding performance targets

What You Bring to the Table

2+ years’ experience in recruitment (agency or specialist preferred)
A strong commercial mindset and appetite for sales
Proven ability to deliver results in a target-driven environment
Confidence, resilience, and a competitive nature
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A tertiary qualification is advantageous, but not essential
