POSITION INFO:
What You'll Be Doing
Talent Sourcing & Research
Identify, engage, and build relationships with top professionals across multiple international markets. You'll research industries, map talent pools, and develop your own network of high-quality candidates.
Client & Candidate Consulting
Work closely with companies and candidates to manage the recruitment process from start to finish. You'll gain real insight into international business and help clients secure the right talent for their teams.
Sales & Business Development
Use your sales flair to win new business, grow client accounts, and uncover new opportunities across South Africa, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.
Team Collaboration
Be part of a high-performing, supportive team that thrives on success, energy, and celebrating achievements together.
