SUMMARY:
We are a well established Recruitment Agency based in Bedfordview looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join our team. A minimum of 1 year recruitment admin experience within an agency environment, is required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Matric essential
Must be proficient in Word, Excel
Minimum of 1 year recruitment agency experience is essential.
This position offers scope for growth

Duties include:

Assist Recruitment Team with the administration and shortlisting process throughout the entire recruitment cycle
Communicate and update Team regularly
Liaise with Candidates telephonically and via email
Follow up on outstanding documentation required from Candidates such as payslips, ID’s, Certificates etc
Update Placement Partner system
Update Candidate CV information
Book interviews and obtain interview feedback
Prepare adverts
Conduct background checks (credit, criminal, qualification)
Assist with reference checks
Candidate regrets
Prepare invoices

We require:

A well spoken individual who can communicate at all levels
An individual who pays attention to detail
A strong team player
An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
