Recruitment Assistant

SUMMARY:
Exciting opportunity for a passionate and dynamic Recruitment Assistant to join a busy, entrepreneurial Recruitment Agency. Durban, KZN.

POSITION INFO:

As the Recruitment Assistant to one of the Specialist Recruiters, you will join a dynamic team who work remotely, while supporting each other and working closely together to maximise efficiency.

Work from home most days and from the home office of the Recruiter from time to time. The ideal candidate would be from the Upper Highway Area.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Recruiter, providing administrative support  
• Assist with sourcing suitable candidates (searches etc)
• Screening applicants
• Assist with candidate interviews when needed
• Loading profiles
• Typing CVs
• Arranging interviews
• Obtaining HR Confirmations
• Conducting Reference Checks
• Requesting Verifications / Clearances
• Preparing Invoices (manual)
• General Admin 

Requirements

• Min 1-2 years experience in a similar administrative support role
• Experience with recruitment/HR would be a distinct advantage
• Relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous
• Must have suitable work space at home
• Must be super organised, focused, and disciplined
• Able to multitask and enjoy fast paced role
• Able to interact with people at all levels
• Motivated, friendly, and enthusiastic
