Responsibilities:

  • Professional Frontline interaction with both candidates and clients
  • Providing general administrative support to all consultants
  • Performing routine clerical duties including the processing of mail, filing, photocopying,
    faxing, data entry, scheduling of meetings related to recruitment procedures.
  • Providing horizontal support to all recruiters as and when required
  • Performing any other supporting tasks assigned by the manager
  • Candidate management
  • Preparation for interview such as: receiving of candidates, scheduling of interviews on behalf of consultants, communication with candidates.
  • Input of applicant’s information into database.
  • Email notifications of application status
  • Answering of the incoming telephone calls, and taking messages thereof.
  • Welcome candidates in front reception and advised accordingly on all company documentation.
  • Assist the consultants at all times with administrative duties, such as typing and preparation of CV’s, adding CV’s into the database.
  • Run reference, credit, criminal record and qualifications checks on candidates as per consultant's instruction.
  • Loading of job specs on job portals such as Career Junction, Pnet and the company website.
  • Advertising of ads on all social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. 
  • Creating social media advertisement designs - basic design work.
  • Creating ads and/job specs to load onto job portals.
  • Assisting in the recruitment of administrative positions and/or other given tasks which require assistance with.

Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment
  • Tertiary qualification in HR or Industrial Psychology is advantageous
  • Experience on Ditto or Placement Partner Software
  • Basic design skills to create ads for social media
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good telephonic etiquette
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Be able to handle pressure
  • Multi-tasking
