SUMMARY:
Our Client is a well established Recruitment business operating in the field of Senior and Executive placements in the financial markets domain.

POSITION INFO:

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• B Com degree
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Well groomed
• Strong sales personality with a proven track record of success
• Excellent planning skills
• Travel away from home (for client development and candidate interviews)

 Job Deliverables (some of the deliverables, but not limited to):

• Sourcing / screening / interviewing Candidates
• Extensive Financial Services research
• Cold calling of Candidates
• Setting up interviews
• Building client files and updating client and candidate records
• Search / Headhunting calls
• Advert writing and response handling
• Maintaining Database (Gold Mine)
• Marketing of Candidates to clients
• Reference checking and background investigations
• Regular Client visits
• Bringing in and qualifying new job assignments for Head Consultant
• Administration and correspondence
