Recruiter Consultant - Perm

An opportunity is available for a Recruiter Consultant - Perm to be based in the Johannesburg area.

Requirements:

• Matric
• 6 to 8 years’ Recruitment industry experience with specific emphasis on permanent generalist recruitment
• Proven track records of being able to identify and secure skilled candidates in a generalist recruitment environment
• Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle
• Third language would be advantageous
• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates
• Proven experience of internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Presentation skills

KPAs:

• Networking to ensure strong database of skilled candidates
• Conduct detailed competency-based interviews (target and selection)
• Contact candidates, establish interest and interview for relevant positions within the desired timeframe
• Proactively approach relevant candidates in the job market
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly set activities and financial targets
• Prepare for presentations of candidates to clients
• Generate own leads to grow client base relevant to expertise
• Marketing of suitable profiles to potential clients
