SUMMARY:
An opportunity is available for a Recruiter Consultant - Perm to be based in the Johannesburg area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Matric
6 to 8 years’ Recruitment industry experience with specific emphasis on permanent generalist recruitment
Proven track records of being able to identify and secure skilled candidates in a generalist recruitment environment
Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
Computer literate (MS Office)
Valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle
Third language would be advantageous
Ability to communicate effectively with candidates
Proven experience of internal and external stakeholder relationships
Presentation skills

KPAs:

Networking to ensure strong database of skilled candidates
Conduct detailed competency-based interviews (target and selection)
Contact candidates, establish interest and interview for relevant positions within the desired timeframe
Proactively approach relevant candidates in the job market
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly set activities and financial targets
Prepare for presentations of candidates to clients
Generate own leads to grow client base relevant to expertise
Marketing of suitable profiles to potential clients
