JOB DESCRIPTION:

Identify future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications. Collaborate with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements and attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.

Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions, assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit these positions.

Complete paperwork for new hires, manage internship programs and provide recruitment reports to team managers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
Ability to conduct different types of interviews and design and implement recruitment strategies
Experience with recruitment processes and databases
Working knowledge of employment law and legislation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good decision-making skills
