Job Description

The purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and effective recruitment service to the business as well as applicants.

Key Responsibilities

1. Actively source applicants
2. Screen CVs and applications
3. Market core applicants to hiring managers
4. End-to-end vacancy and candidate management
5. Competency-based interviewing
6. Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and applicants
7. Recruitment administration
8. Conducting background checks
9. Providing feedback to candidates
10. Regular and accurate reporting

Qualifications

1. Matric
2. Minimum 2 years in a recruitment capacity, preferably dealing with bulk/mass recruitment
3. Accredited competency based interviewing advantageous
