SUMMARY:
Recruiter (Contract) to join the Conventional Energy business sector on a short-term contract basis.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Objective:

Headhunting for open requests
Create pipeline of suitable candidates for current & upcoming needs
Support bid requirements with suitable candidates
Confirming interviews with applicants and sitting in as P&O representative

Key Responsibilities:

Following up with Hiring Managers on applicants submitted for review
Following up with Hiring Managers on applicants interviewed
Reference checks on applicants moving forward
Verification checks on applicants hired
Create Wood Corporate CV’s of new hires
Review manpower plans with line for next 3-6 months and create an action plan
Create a database of skilled “available” resourcing for both sectors
Prepare recruitment stats weekly to P&O Director

Qualifications:

Matric Certificate
Human Resources Diploma

Knowledge, skills and experience:

Minimum 2 years experience in a recruitment function
Proven track record of using Social Media to attract talent
Experience of using automated tracking systems, ideally ICIMS
