About the position:
We are now looking for an exceptional Internal Recruitment Consultant to help build our Customer Sales Division. We are an award-winning financial services provider that create and distribute financial services.

What you will be doing:
The Recruiter will be responsible for heading up our Growth Department alongside the Leadership Team. You will work hand in hand with the Leadership Team to bring in talented individuals for the division. You will create and place adverts that will stand out to attract such talent.
You will conduct telephonic interviews and screening of suitable candidates.
As a part of the Recruitment Consultant team you will focus on developing and nurturing relationships with successful candidates.
As part of this role you will also be required to assist the Leaders with office administration.

• Experienced - with a minimum of 1-year professional experience in staffing or sales.
