Role Tasks:

• The incumbent will be responsible for advertising approved job profiles received from the HRBP on GRS for the agreed period of time.
• Once the advertisement closes, the incumbent will shortlist suitable candidates against the requirements/profile of the role
• The incumbent will forward the shortlist to the HRBP/hiring manager for further handling
• The incumbent will explain the package, structure and benefits to successful candidates who have accepted an offer.
