Receptionist/Office Admin

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Managing the reception of the company’s Head Office. Welcoming of guests with the utmost professionalism as well as tending to all inbound calls with the elegance and professionalism that the brand encompasses. The position will aid the HR and Finance departments in administrative tasks as well as manage general office administration as designated from time to time.  The Receptionist/ Office Administrator will be the front-line contact for all guests/ visitors/ staff and suppliers. The job spec is not inflexible and is thus subject to change. The employee is expected to perform any task which is considered reasonable and in line with the job scope of the position. 

 

  • 2 or more years’ office administration experience.
  • 2 Years’ experience in Receptionist position
  • Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point).
  • Comfortable handling confidential information.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
