Responsibilities 

• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
• Switchboard -Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
• Taking detailed messages
• Prepare daily logistics of couriers
• Receiving and sorting daily mail - When messages of action come through immediately take action and drive the action to ensure completion
• Alert management of potential situations immediately
• Front desk sales for walk in customers
• Additional administrative tasks as needed
• Keeping front reception area clear and uncluttered
• Maintaining and creating filing system
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock

Requirements

• First point of contact for the company – Must be neat and look professional at all times
• Must be well spoken and compassionate to clients
• Maintain friendly and helpful attitude at all times.
• Never assume tasks have been done, must possess a strong sense of ownership and drive to completion.
• Strong character, honest and reliable applicants only.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Flexible
• Must have valid drivers license.
• Must live within a 20km radius from our Johannesburg office.
