Receptionist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To man the switchboard – all incoming calls.
Take messages and relay them via e.mail.
Treat all clients and candidates – confidentially

Required to type cv’s for consultants.
These will be given to you via, email or by hard copy
Return typed cv’s back to consultants
Send regret letters to candidates on Friday mornings
Complete all filing on Friday afternoon
Load all job specs onto the website and all job portals
Make sure all cv’s are placed into folders every morning from the server
Client telemarketing.
