RECEPTIONIST High-End Luxury - Homeware Finishes & Fabrics
Location: Sandton Johannesburg
Salary: R15 000 Neg DOE/CTC
Market Sector of high-end architectural design, Finishing fabrics, textiles, and High-End Decor. Specializing in exclusive products, directed for Architects, interior Designers, and discerning homeowners seeking sophisticated, high-quality fabrics and furnishings.
About the Role:
You will be the first point of contact for our company, responsible for creating a professional and welcoming impression for all clients and visitors.
Your main duties will include:
- Managing a very busy reception area and switchboard.
- Providing excellent customer service and client support.
- Coordinating administration, filing, and office supplies.
- Ensuring the showroom and office equipment are well-maintained.
Essential Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate.
- Fluent in English & Afrikaans (non-negotiable).
- Minimum 4 years' receptionist experience Retail, same or related industry
- Must Have Exposure to an interior design (Qualifications) and environment
- Proven experience with switchboards and client relations.
- Computer literate in MS Office.
- Must be able to work every second Saturday (09:00 - 14:00).
