Receptionist, Durban region.

Frontline and first image of company - Smartly dressed
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them
appropriately
Notifies company personnel of visitors arrival
Maintains telecommunications system together with IT DEPT
Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring visitor logbooks
ensuring the visitors have visitor badges
Maintains telecommunication systems by following manufacturer’s
instructions for house phone and console operations
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with
procedures, rules and regulations
Maintains continuity among work teams by documentation and
communication actions, irregularities and continuing needs
A dedicated first aider (training to be supplied by the company) Management of stationary supplies and consumables
Draft letters, memos and emails
Management of service contracts with branch suppliers
Arrange collection of post, external and internal
Dealing with couriers
Supervise the cleaning lady
Manage the attendance register
Maintain and order supplies and consumables for the branch Excellent Microsoft package knowledge (Excel).
