Our client is looking for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Operate in and be responsible for the reception area;
Is responsible for all the functions resulting from being the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls and visitors; as well as a diverse range of administrative tasks.

E-mails
Correspondence
Bookings of clients
Ordering of stationary
Filing
General office tasks Abilities & Skills
Communication:
Take ownership and responsibility for tasks
Team player
Build relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers
Strong written and oral communication
Afrikaans and English
Meticulous and Accurate
Multi-tasker
Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook skills
Grade 12
Be naturally inclined to focus on excellent service levels
Administration, organizational and time management skills
Able to perform well under pressure, and adhere to deadlines
Handling difficult people and tricky situations professionally, calmly and effectively
