SUMMARY:
Hammarsdale. Opportunity exists for presentable, meticulous, and proactive Receptionist / Accounts Clerk with at least 3 - 4 years relevant experience to join this growing concern. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Pastel is essential.

POSITION INFO:

The successful candidate will be a team player with the ability to meet deadlines, be customer service focused, organised with excellent planning ability, and have strong analytical skills. Good interaction skills are also a must as you will be communicating with people at all levels.

Responsibilities:

Answering of telephone and directing calls as required
Manage reception by greeting, welcoming, and directing guests
Maintain the phone contact list for the company
Management of stationary supplies and consumables
Arrange collection of post (both external and internal)
Dealing with couriers
Manage the attendance register
Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
Capturing of transactions
Credit control - preparation and recon of supplier’s ledger and payments
Debtor’s control - assist with month end debtors invoicing

Requirements:

Matric
3 - 4 years relevant experience
