SUMMARY:
Hammarsdale. Opportunity exists for presentable, meticulous, and proactive Receptionist / Accounts Clerk with at least 3 - 4 years relevant experience to join this growing concern. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Pastel is essential.

POSITION INFO:

The successful candidate will be a team player with the ability to meet deadlines, be customer service focused, organised with excellent planning ability, and have strong analytical skills. Good interaction skills are also a must as you will be communicating with people at all levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering of telephone and directing calls as required
  • Manage reception by greeting, welcoming, and directing guests
  • Maintain the phone contact list for the company
  • Management of stationary supplies and consumables
  • Arrange collection of post (both external and internal)
  • Dealing with couriers
  • Manage the attendance register
  • Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
  • Capturing of transactions
  • Credit control - preparation and recon of supplier’s ledger and payments
  • Debtor’s control - assist with month end debtors invoicing

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • 3 - 4 years relevant experience
