Receptionist - George - Western Cape

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our well-established client is looking to employ a Receptionist to join their George offices.

Requirements:

Fully bilingual
Must have Grade 12
Computer Literate
Must reside in George
Valid Drivers Licence & own transport
Able to start immediately/as soon as possible
Must be well-spoken
Good communication skills

Duties (but not limited to):

Answering of switchboard
Transferring calls
Taking down messages and ensuring message is received to the appointed staff member
Diary management
Handling queries and complaints via phone
Greeting all walk-in customers
Assist with mail if required
General admin duties
