Description of position:We are looking for a senior therapist with excellent retail skills that can lead the reception from the front and assist the team with retail and sales.
Requirements:Qualified with Minimum 5 years spa experience and 2 years assistant manager experience
We require an enthusiastic, self-motivated candidate with excellent personal presentation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to being responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the spa when the manager is not there
Demonstrating high standards of service and interpersonal skills, mentor and motivate staff, drive revenue and sales.
Be a confident team player.
STRONG retail background
ESP Spa Software knowledge and good sales skills are advantageous
