Receiving Clerk, East Rand Technical / earth moving / mining

POSITION INFO:

Receiving Clerk, East rand.

Receiving, checking and processing stock items and sundries
- Examine and unpack incoming shipments, record shortages and reject damaged items
- Inspect incoming shipments to ensure they meet specifications
- Sort, count, identify and verify all material in the warehouse
- Count, weigh or measure items of incoming shipments in order to verify
information against invoices, orders , bills of lading or other records
- Orderly movement of all parts, boxes and packages.
- Ensure that all documents and material received in the warehouse are of
satisfactory quality
- Housekeeping / maintenance
Characteristic: Remuneration:
- Must be fully computer literate - Self-motivated
- Excellent health
