Real Estate Analyst

SUMMARY:
A financial service stockbroker company is looking for a Real Estate Analyst based in Johannesburg.

POSITION INFO:

Key responsibilities:

• Create and maintain earnings estimates, company valuations & recommendations (including producing comprehensive company and industry research reports)
• Interact with institutional investors, communicate investment research and recommendation and responding to request for ad-hoc analysis
• Maintain constant coverage of industry - related news, trends, and developments
• Liaise with internal sales and trading teams in terms of responding to news, corporate action, and reporting events

Skills & Qualifications

• CA or Degree in Maths/Stats/Engineering
• Recent graduates or candidates with 2-3 years work experience
• Looking for candidates who are highly numerate and able to communicate their views & perspectives effectively to clients (both written and verbal in English)
• Must be passionate about investments markets (specifically real estate capital markets) and must have ability to problem solving, think independently, work autonomously, collaborate and build long term relationships.
