A company that offers full Real Estate Agency services that focuses on sales in the secondary and new development markets is looking for an energetic and skilfully sales driven individual to join their team that has unrivalled experience and market knowledge

POSITION INFO:

The company combines its expertise in marketing and data analytics to better match buyers and sellers using technology.

Functions:

• Generate qualified mandates from leads provided by the marketing team
• The company will provide all marketing support for the agent (including listing of property on online portals)
• Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages
• Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties
• Show properties to potential buyers
• Present purchase offers to sellers
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers
• Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met
• Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds and other documents for each real estate transactions
• Maintain your real estate license and knowledge
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
• Manage property auctions or exchanges
• Maintain and update listings of available properties

Minimum Requirements:

• The company will provide the agent with qualified leads that they then need to convert into qualified mandates
• The agent must have their own laptop and transport
• Proven track record of securing mandates and sales in the residential market
• Minimum of two years’ experience within the selling of residential property space
