Reach Truck Driver

POSITION INFO:

• Operation: Safely operate a reach truck to transport goods, place items in racking, and retrieve pallets.
• Loading/Unloading: Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently and accurately.
• Inventory: Use RF scanners and WMS to track, manage, and verify inventory, ensuring accuracy.
• Safety: Perform pre-shift checks on equipment, report issues, maintain a clean work area, and follow all safety rules (PPE, hazard awareness).
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage orders according to customer standards.
• Teamwork: Communicate with other staff and supervisors to optimize workflow. 

• 3 - 5 years experience operating reach trucks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Good spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and work in various conditions.
• Familiarity with WMS and RF scanners is often needed.
• Flexibility for overtime/weekends.
