SUMMARY:
One of my clients based in Pretoria is looking for the skills of an RF Engineer to run the full product life cycle of antenna products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the conceptualization, planning, design, implementation, promotion, operations, maintenance, and production of the product offering. You will be attending to all aspects of the product.

Product strategy creation
Product viability assessment (business case) and product sales performance measurement
Product portfolio definition, functional and technical descriptions
Product Lifecycle Management
Technology research, assessment and prediction
Product price benchmarking and market research, pricing policies, incentives, etc.
Market dynamics, segments, verticals, trends research and prediction
Marketing inputs and product marketing ownership, e.g. Marketing and advertising, brochures, specifications, reference stories
Stock and inventory planning, warehousing, logistics and returns
Product training and customer support
Education:
NDip in Electronic Engineering and/or telecommunications. Ideally BEng/BSc/BTech Electronic Engineering or similar qualification in electronics and/or telecommunications.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
3+ years of Product Management, Sales Engineering, and Technical Sales
Sold history of telecommunications engineering and/or support, with reporting and presentation experience at technical management and CxO level
