SUMMARY:
Our client in the Retail Industry is currently seeking an experienced Retail Administration Supervisor for their branch in Woodmead, Johannesburg North

POSITION INFO:

Requirements

Matric or Equivalent
Certificate in administration an added advantage
Supervisor / Managerial retail experience
Microsoft – Computer Proficiency
Clear Criminal record
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Capturing and filing supplier documents, preparing reconciliations,
processing payments, and allocating open items.
Processing expense journals.
Maintain accurate recording of bank transactions and prepare bank
reconciliations
Allocate debtors receipts, ensure that statements are sent on time, follow
up on overdue debtor accounts
