My client is looking to hire a resource mobilisation manager to join their team. The successful incumbent will work under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer and hold the responsibility of attracting and sustaining resources.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Building year-round relationships with key segments of individuals, especially donors
Implementing partners and beneficiaries
Campaign management
Executing and developing annual engagement plans and key metrics for donors and volunteers
Putting together and producing personalized and high-volume thanks for donors, staff and board members and volunteers
Coordinate all aspects of identifying and implementing workplace campaigns in education, financial stability, and health.
Collaborating with various partners to meet the maximum financial resource
Developing, implementing, and monitoring systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the resource mobilisation function
Making certain that evaluation systems are in place related to goals, objectives and report progress
Leading the development of any long-term strategy to achieve agreed long term organisational goals
Financial planning and budget management

Experience & Education

Bachelor’s degree
5-7 years’ experience in fundraising, donor relations, marketing/communications
Demonstrated experience in a project management, marketing coordinator, or donor relations
Experience working with volunteers
