REGIONAL HR OFFICER - CBD – SALARY R12 000 PER MONTH We are looking for a confident HR Graduate with 2 years'' plus experience in Assisting with Head Office recruitment - placement of online adverts, shortlisting and pre-employment (integrity) checks Co-ordination of selected Training & Development initiatives scheduling of "in-house" training courses / workshops together with the facilitation of Staff Induction training (new appointments) Updating "Training Course" content / HR Policies & Procedures Onboarding of all new full-time, permanent staff members Consolidating all “training course” records - nationally (SETA Skills- and EE Reporting) Working with the various Divisional HR Management Teams in ensuring the completion and timeous submission of Group Life Benefits where required - nationally Consolidating- and reconciling monthly HR Exco. Reports (nationally) Minute Taking - HR Conference Calls, Disciplinary Hearings, etc. General HR Admin.- and Office duties.
